Both a completed BOOKING REQUEST FORM and DEPOSIT for £250.00 are required to secure any booking.

Please make sure your BALANCE payment is received by us 2 (two) weeks in advance of your chosen visit date.

Exact numbers & any dietary requirements must be finalised and confirmed via the BOOKING CONFIRMATION FORM 2 (two) weeks in advance of your chosen visit date.

GROUP SIZES & GENERAL ADMISSION FEES (per person):

> 20 guests: will be charged a flat rate of £300.00
A 20 person minimum charge for refreshments is applicable to groups below 20 members, where refreshments are required.
21 - 40 guests: will be charged £16.50
40+ guests: will be charged £15.50

TEA SERVICES & CHARGES (per person):

Tea/Coffee: £4.50
Service of tea /coffee only
Tea/Coffee & Biscuits: £5.50
Service of tea / coffee with biscuits
Afternoon Tea: £19.00
Tea, fresh sandwiches & a slice of cake
Full Tea: £20.00
Tea, fresh sandwiches, a slice of cake & a miniature scone with jam & clotted cream

LUNCH SERVICES* & CHARGES (per person):

Included in the lunch prices: service of Filtered water or elderflower water

‘Salmon Lunch’: £29.50 (max. 30 guests)
Piece of salmon with seasonal vegetables
‘Quiche Lunch’: £27.50 (max. 48 guests)
Quiche (vegetarian/non) with seasonal vegetables
‘Pie Lunch’: £27.50 (max. 48 guests)
Chicken & Ham or Steak, Ale individual or Butternut & Goat’s Cheese pies with seasonal vegetables

* If you wish to supply YOUR OWN WINE there is an additional charge of £3.50 per head to cover costs for service, glasses, etc.

PUDDINGS & CHARGES (per person):

Gluten or Dairy Free provisions are available.

Other meals (lunches & 3 course meals etc.) can be priced on request.
