We are a small family run and owned home and pride ourselves on a bespoke service and in providing an experience which is not your typical 'country house experience'. We do not have a cafeteria or restaurant, so each meal is specifically catered for and served (unusually) within the house itself – this is reflected in our pricing.

For all our groups & events we offer exclusive hire for the duration of your event.

• Private Parties (2 & ½ hrs – 3hrs - Monday to Thursday only): hosts can create their own schedule and are charged per head (a £450.00 minimum Venue Hire charge applies for <20 guests*). The Full Afternoon Tea is additional (also charged a per head 20 guest minimum price for catering - £25.50 per head). 

• Private Parties (2 & ½ hrs – 3hrs - Fridays only): hosts can create their own schedule and are charged per head (a £600.00 minimum Venue Hire charge applies for <20 guests*). The Full Afternoon Tea is additional (also charged a per head 20 guest minimum price for catering - £25.50 per head). 

• Private Parties (2 & ½ hrs – 3hrs - Saturdays & Sundays): hosts can create their own schedule and are charged per head (a £700.00 minimum Venue Hire charge applies for <20 guests*). The Full Afternoon Tea is additional (also charged a per head 20 guest minimum price for catering - £25.50 per head). 

• Private Events (3-6hrs, weekdays or weekends: - 9pm is the latest finish time): hosts can create their own schedule and are charged a Venue Hire from £1,980.00, plus a per head price for catering. Please see Events Hire Tariff.

If the event runs passed the hours outlined a charge of £180.00 per hour will apply.

N.B* Some Fridays & Saturdays (May-October) prices can be subject to a seasonal surcharge which can be quoted upon request.
